Information and property listings

The website is a marketing and information service of a licensed Abu Dhabi brokerage. Listings, descriptions, images, plans, sizes, dates, prices, fees, yields and availability are indicative. They may come from developers, owners or public listing services and may change without notice.

Property information must be confirmed before you rely on it. A listing does not guarantee availability and is not an offer, reservation or contract. Transactions require separate checks, negotiations, documents and approvals.

No professional or investment advice

Nothing on the website is legal, financial or investment advice, and nothing guarantees a return, rental income or increase in value. Obtain advice from qualified advisers and complete your own legal, financial and property checks before a transaction.

Calculators and estimates

Mortgage, ROI and cost calculators are estimates based on your inputs and generic assumptions. Results may exclude charges, eligibility rules, rate changes, maintenance, vacancies and other factors.

Results are not a quotation, credit decision or prediction. Verify current costs and terms with your bank or adviser before acting.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding, copy and original content belong to East Face Real Estate or are used with permission. You may make reasonable copies for a personal property search. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape or commercially exploit substantial site content without written permission.

Developer renders remain their developers' property. Creative Commons photography is used under its stated licences and credited on /credits. Those materials remain subject to their own licence terms.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over related disputes, subject to any mandatory rule otherwise.
