East Face Real Estate L.L.C – S.P.C. is a real estate brokerage based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Our office is in Al Zahiya, Abu Dhabi, P.O. Box 5513. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this company.

Information we collect

When you use a contact, valuation or property enquiry form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, message and property details. If you contact us another way, we receive the information in that communication.

Telephone links using tel: and links to WhatsApp open third-party phone or messaging applications. Any information you send through those applications is also governed by the privacy policy and settings of the relevant provider.

We receive limited technical information from Google Analytics 4 and hosting logs, such as browser and device type, approximate location, pages visited, referral source, timestamps and diagnostics. Google Analytics 4 uses IP anonymisation and no advertising features. We do not run advertising trackers, create advertising profiles or sell personal data.

Why we use your information

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, understand your property requirements, arrange viewings, send information you asked for and follow up on active requests. Aggregated site information helps us improve the website, maintain security and diagnose problems.

We send unrelated marketing only if you have asked for it or given valid consent. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Our legal basis

We process personal data under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. We rely on your consent (for example when you send an enquiry or accept analytics), on processing that is necessary to take the steps you ask for before entering into a contract (answering your enquiry, arranging a viewing, preparing an offer), and on our legal obligations as a licensed brokerage. Where we transfer data to service providers outside the UAE, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for personal data.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Who we share information with

Service providers acting on our behalf may process data for website hosting, database services through Supabase and analytics through Google. They must protect it and use it only to provide their service to us.

We may pass relevant details to a property developer, owner or landlord when you ask us to progress an enquiry, arrange a viewing or obtain information. We may also disclose data to authorities where legally required or needed to protect legal rights.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries while dealing with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to answer follow-up questions, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the enquiry and any transaction. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data or deletion of data. You may object to certain processing and withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To exercise a right, email info@eastfaceuae.com and explain your request. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. We will respond within the legally required period. You may also raise a concern with the UAE Data Office or another competent UAE authority.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses functional browser storage to remember choices (such as your language and currency) and operate features. Google Analytics 4 cookies are set only if you accept analytics in the notice shown on your first visit; you can change that choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser, and we do not use advertising cookies. Blocking functional storage may stop some features working.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. Access is limited to people and providers who need it. No system is completely secure, so do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Third-party websites

The website may link to property portals, developer websites, maps, social networks and other third-party services. We do not control those services or their handling of personal data. Review their privacy information before providing data to them.

Children

This website is intended for adults looking for property services and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal responsibilities change. The revised version will appear on this page with a new last-updated date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website where appropriate.
